who I am

My name is Jade, and I am a documentary filmmaker, writer, educator and content creator, developing work which centres geography, ecology, people and place.

This is a space to chronicle my journey of becoming a fully-fledged documentary filmmaker. I’ll be charting through my current master’s programme and my personal work endeavours, in a relaxed, yet cohesive manner.

As we walk through the world, it is easy to be so distracted by our inner world, that sights of intrigue, perplexity and interest go without notice. In a bid to overcome this lack of awareness, daily walks have become a way for me to notice, and so here I document my noticing.
